Commission Requests

How it works
To request a commission, please message @shiawasecosplayer on Instagram or email [email protected] with the subject “Commission Request”. Please include your name, a brief description of what you want commissioned, any reference images, and your deadline.
I (Mabeline) will contact you for more details about your request. I accept projects on a case-by-case basis. If your request is accepted, you may book a consultation and receive an estimate. You will get a breakdown of how your project will be completed and estimated costs of materials and labor. The consultation fees are reimbursed if/when the commission is complete.
If you agree to the details of the estimate, I will begin the commission. (note – the down payment must be paid before I can begin working on your project). I will send periodic updates and photos as I make your things, and once completed, I will send an invoice for the remaining balance on your commission. Once payment has been completed, I will ship out your goods.
